Pranayam

A person should sit in dhyan-asan or sukh-asan, close his eyes, keep his fingers in such a way that it covers the eyes and gives a little pressure to the fore head. Now take deep breathe and release the air slowly through nose so that a sound similar to the bees (bhawra) comes out. Repeat the breathing for about 15 minutes.

Now, sit in dhyan –asan or sukh-asan, close your eyes, take deep breathe and release the air through mouth slowly so that a sound of OM is pronounced. Repeat the same for about 15 minutes.
