Kirtan

A group of 4-5 or more persons should assemble at one place and sing any one of the following Bhajan/Kirtan for about 30 minutes or more. Musical instruments like harmonium, tabla etc. can also be used if possible. Clapping hands during Kirtan gives an additional advantage of Accupressure which cures many diseases.
