Dhyan YogaSit in dhyan-asan, close your eyes and imagine a
figure of the almighty at the middle of your forehead. Concentrate at OM
for about 15 minutes and ensure that the place of OM is not changed from
the centre of forehead during dhyan. Take deep breathe and release air
slowly as done in bhramri & udgeet pranayam. |
