Mediate And Radiate
Our body has seven Chakras (See the 7 Chakras) which
control all physical, emotional and spiritual functions. But these
chakras lie dormant and need to be awakened or activated in order to get
optimum results. Chakra meditation teaches its adherents how to activate
these chakras to exploit one's full potential.
What you gain: Chakra meditation helps you relax and enhances
your senses, by drawing energy from all around.
